Return & Refund Policy

At River Stone Cottage Gifts, every order is made with care and intention. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final on Made-to-Order Items

Because made-to-order items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Made-to-Order items
  • Bulk candy orders (Arrow Head Treats)
  • Beaded jewelry (Beading with PTSD)
  • Personalized or custom-requested 3D prints

Please note: Bulk candy orders are made fresh to order and cannot be returned or refunded due to the perishable nature of the product.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date at riverstonecottagegifts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
