Shipping Policy

At River Stone Cottage Gifts, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before purchasing.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

Standard items: 3–5 business days
Beading with PTSD (handcrafted jewelry): 7–10 business days

Event Blackout Periods

When we are attending a vendor event, order fulfillment will be temporarily paused. We will notify customers in advance of any fulfillment delays due to events. Orders placed during this time will be fulfilled as soon as we return.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We ship primarily through UPS but may also use USPS or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We do not currently offer free shipping, however we do run occasional promotions — follow us on social media or join our mailing list to stay in the loop!

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time due to tariff restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you would like tracking updates sent directly to your email, just let us know at riverstonecottagegifts@gmail.com and we will get that set up for you.
